  • All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).

  • Payment options include Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, Easypaisa, and JazzCash.

  • For online payments, your information is processed securely through trusted providers.

4. Order Acceptance

After placing an order:

  • You will receive order confirmation via SMS/WhatsApp/email.

  • We may cancel any order if:

    • The product is unavailable

    • Payment is incomplete

    • Information provided is incorrect

    • There is suspicion of fraudulent activity

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days within Pakistan.

  • Delivery delays can occur due to courier issues, location, weather, or public holidays.

  • Once the order is handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by the courier.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our return and refund terms follow our Return & Refund Policy.
Briefly:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Wrong or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof (unboxing video + photos).

  • Refunds are processed only if the item cannot be replaced.
