Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at BodyShaperPakistan.pk. Below are the details of how we ship your orders.

1. Delivery Time

We deliver all over Pakistan.

  • Major Cities: 2–3 working days

  • Other Areas / Villages: 3–5 working days

  • Delivery time may vary due to weather, couriers, or public holidays.

2. Shipping Charges

  • We offer nationwide delivery.

  • Shipping charges vary based on weight, location, and courier policy.

  • Shipping cost will be shown at checkout (if applicable).

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan.

Please make sure your contact number is active; the courier will call before delivery.

4. Order Confirmation

After you place your order:

  • You will receive a confirmation via SMS/WhatsApp/Call.

  • Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled automatically.

5. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours (Mon–Sat).

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive:

  • Courier name

  • Tracking ID

  • Tracking link (if available)

You can track the parcel until it reaches your doorstep.

7. Delivery Attempts

The courier will attempt delivery 2 times.

If the customer is unreachable or refuses the parcel, future orders may require advance payment.

8. Wrong Address / Incomplete Details

Please make sure your:

  • Name

  • Phone number

  • Complete address

are correct.

We are not responsible for delays caused due to incomplete or wrong information.

9. Damaged / Wrong Item on Delivery

If you receive:

  • A damaged parcel,

  • A wrong item,

  • Or a defective product,

please contact us within 24 hours with an unboxing video + photos.
