Refund policy

At BodyShaperPakistan.pk, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • All tags and hygiene seals are intact.

  • A return request is made within 3 days of delivery.

For hygiene reasons, used or opened shapewear cannot be returned.

2. Exchange Policy

You can exchange your product for:

  • A different size,

  • A different color, or

  • Another product of equal value.

If the requested item is out of stock, store credit may be issued.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Worn or washed items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Discounted/clearance products

  • Free gifts or promotional items

4. Wrong or Defective Product

If you receive:

  • A wrong product,

  • A damaged item,

  • Or a defective item,

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video + photos, and we will replace it without hassle.

5. Refunds

Refunds are offered only when:

  • The product is not available for replacement/exchange.

  • We verify that the product returned meets our return conditions.

Refunds are issued via:

  • Bank transfer

  • Easypaisa / JazzCash

  • Store credit

Processing time: 3–7 working days after we receive & inspect the item.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product delivered was wrong or faulty.

  • If the mistake is from our side, we cover the return shipping.
